1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• "Suphan Siri", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Suphan Siri, a financial education provider based at 44 Rattanathibet Road, Mueang, Nonthaburi 11000, Thailand.
• "Service" refers to the financial education workshops and programs offered by Suphan Siri.
• "Participant" or "you" refers to any individual who enrolls in, attends, or enquires about our programs.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions, together with any enrollment confirmation issued by us.
• "Content" refers to all workshop materials, workbooks, templates, and related documents provided by Suphan Siri.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enrollment enquiry, registering for a workshop, or making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrollment.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law to participate in our programs.

3. Service Description

Suphan Siri offers in-person financial education workshops for adults, held at our premises in Nonthaburi, Thailand. Current programs include:

• Net Worth Calculation Workshop — 1 full day, ฿2,900 per participant
• Thai Social Security Mastery — 3 half-day sessions, ฿8,300 per participant
• Late-Career Financial Acceleration — 6 sessions over one month, ฿14,600 per participant

All programs are educational in nature. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or professional consulting services. Participants should seek qualified professional counsel for specific financial decisions.

Program content, schedules, and pricing may be updated periodically. Confirmed enrollments will be honored at the price agreed at the time of registration.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Arriving on time for sessions and attending all scheduled components of enrolled programs
• Treating other participants and educators with courtesy and respect throughout all sessions
• Keeping confidential any personal financial information shared by other participants during group discussions
• Not recording sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent from Suphan Siri
• Providing accurate information during enrollment
• Notifying us promptly if your contact details change

5. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, workbooks, templates, curricula, and written content provided by Suphan Siri remain the intellectual property of Suphan Siri. Upon enrollment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own private financial planning purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publish our materials in any form without prior written permission from Suphan Siri.

6. Payment Terms

Workshop fees are payable in Thai Baht (฿) in full prior to the session date unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during the enrollment process.

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a written confirmation from Suphan Siri. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made 7 or more calendar days before the first session date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 3–6 calendar days before the first session date are eligible for a 50% refund or a credit toward a future program.
• Cancellations made less than 3 calendar days before the first session date are non-refundable, though a credit toward a future program may be offered at our discretion.
• If Suphan Siri cancels a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or, at their choice, enrollment in an equivalent future session.

7. Disclaimers

Suphan Siri programs are provided as educational resources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that content is accurate and current at the time of delivery. However:

• We do not warrant that workshop content is suitable for every individual's circumstances.
• We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
• Financial outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We make no representations about the financial results participants may or may not experience after attending our programs.
• Regulatory information (such as SSO benefit calculations) reflects rules current at the time of the program and may change after delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Suphan Siri's total liability to any participant for any claim arising from or related to our programs shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant for the relevant program.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on our program content.

9. Termination

Suphan Siri reserves the right to remove a participant from a session if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise inconsistent with Section 4 of these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Participants may withdraw from a program subject to the cancellation terms in Section 6.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

11. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any enrollment confirmation, constitute the full agreement between the participant and Suphan Siri for the relevant program.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: Participants may not transfer their enrollment to another individual without prior written consent from Suphan Siri.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. For enrollments already confirmed at the time of any update, the Terms in force at the date of enrollment will apply.
